Our Process and terms of service

By processing payment,  you are agreeing to the terms and conditions as outlined below:

1) Provide Your Existing Resume or Work from Scratch
Once you have purchased a professional resume your assigned writer will contact you asking for a current resume.  This will assist us with the initial review stage, before writing commences.

2) Get back a Polished and Professional Resume

Once we receive all documentation and payment, within two to three business working days, your resume writing professional will e-mail you a brand new, professional resume for your review and feedback*

*Although we always try and finalise all documents within 2-3 business days from when we receive payment and all necessary information (update information), we cannot guarantee that this will be done exactly within that timeframe. During very busy periods, turnaround times will vary, and we will notify you once you have made the order of the exact turnaround time. Therefore, if you have an urgent submission request, please note that we will try our best to have that to you within the timeframe. Please note: we are not to be held responsible if you miss an application cut off.  Selection Criteria responses are more detailed and therefore, the turnaround time is approximately 4-7 business days.

3) Work Closely with your Writer

Once the payment has been made for the service, your writer will answer any questions and make any changes you request during the duration of the process.  We are dedicated to providing you with a quality product and promise you the highest level of customer service. Please note due to the limited time that writers have during the day to write, we do not offer phone calls with them direct. If, however you would prefer to go through any changes or updates over the phone, we can organise that with one of our consultants.

Please note, we strictly have a no refund policy. We are happy to make any changes or additions that you require during the four-week period. Please also note; as the documents are written from a Human Resources perspective, it is from a professional perspective, which may not always be exactly what you want. That is why we provide you with an additional four weeks to review the documents and provide us with any changes or additions that you would like made.

4) Updates

If there are further updates to be made within the four-week period, please email us the update request, so that we can cross reference your documents. Even though we always aim to have updates back to you as soon as possible, it can sometimes take up to 2 – 3 business days.

Please note: we ask that all updates and STAR forms are sent to us via email, to ensure we can accurately review the documents and updates required. We do not do updates over the phone with the writer.  As writers, our time is solely spent writing and therefore, we request that all update requests are emailed through to us via email. If this is not possible, we can schedule a phone call with one of our consultants to go over the updates via a phone call. Please note updates are based on initial information provided to the writer and any new information after the documents have been received may be deemed as a new service. Providing additional roles/links to positions after your documents have been finalised, would not constitute as an update. New links and information received after the documents are finalised would be a completely separate service, incurring an additional fee. If we are working on a selection criteria response for yourself, we use the STAR response method. Please note we only use one situation per criteria, to ensure we follow the STAR method correctly.

100% satisfaction guarantee: Please note the 100% satisfaction guarantee means that once you receive your finalised documents, if there is anything that you are unhappy with or would like changed – you do have a full month to let us know, so that we can make those changes/updates for you. The 100% satisfaction guarantee does not mean that you will receive a refund if you are not happy with the final product. It simply means that we will make changes, if you specifically request them within one month of receiving the documents.

5. Emails

Where you provide us with an email address, you authorise us to correspond with you, including issuing your documents to you, via that email address. You acknowledge that some email hosts (including our host) use cloud technology and they may also have internationally located servers meaning your data could be transmitted overseas. You also acknowledge that from time to time because of human error or otherwise, emails may be directed to, or intercepted by, unintended recipients. Whilst we warrant that we will exercise reasonable due care and skill, you acknowledge that we will not be liable to you for any loss or damage suffered by you because of us corresponding with you via email whatsoever and howsoever arising including resulting from human error or email interception. Further, you acknowledge that it is your sole responsibility to update us with any change in contact information and keep access to your emails secure.

6. Selection Criteria and Credits

If we are working on a selection criteria response for yourself, we use the STAR response method. Please note: we only use one situation per criteria, to ensure we follow the STAR method correctly. We do not accept changes to the examples provided and only work of the initial example per criteria, which has been provided to us by you.

We do require you to provide us with a real-life situation (example) for each criterion. This then allows for us, as writers, to leverage of your real-life example when writing the selection criteria response. We cannot come up with the situations without your input.
